Answer:

There are several ways to niche down, but here are the three most important ones:

• Niching down by method: A specific method or approach can differentiate you.
• Example: An interior designer specializing in minimalism, eco-friendly designs, or Feng Shui.
• Niching down by client: A particular type of client can set you apart.
• Example: An interior designer targeting young professionals, families with kids, luxury homeowners, or spas.
• Niching down by industry or sector: Focus on a specific industry or sector.
• Example: An interior designer specializing in office spaces, hospitality, or retail stores.

But there are many more options, such as location, a specific problem, how you deliver the service, and more.
